I’m Libby
About me:
I’m a junior designer with a strong interest in creative thinking and collaboration.
I enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas and learning from others. I’m always keen to get stuck into new projects and explore different areas of design.
Outside of design, I like meeting new people, going on dog walks and trying to find the best gluten-free spots.
I’m currently based in the UK but open to opportunities to work and live abroad.
Experience:
-
Currently freelancing for Taylex Group, collaborating with the creative designer on the brand’s re-design.
I’m also gaining hands-on experience in 3D design and rendering using SketchUp, expanding my understanding of exhibition and stand design.
-
Completed a graphic design internship at Accept and Proceed’s studio in London, England.
Worked with the Creative Director, Senior Designer and freelance animator to visualise Nike’s three distinct running shoe soles. This was a great opportunity to collaborate while meeting the client’s needs with precision and creativity.
-
Completed a 6-month graphic design internship at Puma’s headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany.
Supported the ‘CORE’ graphics team in the execution of innovative apparel design development and assisted with the integration of product and technical developments into the garment design.
The biggest achievement during my time at Puma was when I got the opportunity to design both the men’s and women’s graphic T-shirts for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2024 season.
